I will never rent from this place again. I moved into my unit in August 2025, and the experience went downhill quickly. To start, large box trucks are consistently parked near the corners of the buildings instead of in open areas, making it extremely difficult to drive around and access units. On multiple occasions, getting to my unit felt like a nightmare due to the lack of space to maneuver safely. I rented a 10x15 non–temperature-controlled unit for $189 per month. One month, I was charged $30 for insurance even though my contract clearly states $20. Shortly after, my rent was raised from $189 to $265 with no 30-day notice, despite the contract requiring one. A $76 increase is completely unreasonable—especially considering that about half of my belongings became damp inside the unit. After the surprise rent hike, I immediately submitted my vacate notice for December 31. I cleared out my unit on December 26 but planned to return once more to ensure everything was fully cleaned. However, my gate access was shut off immediately—even though I had paid for the full month. I was never credited for the days I paid for but was unable to access my unit. They also advertise the ability to open the gate using a mobile app, yet I received a call telling me to stop using it because it was being recorded as “offline access.” That completely defeats the purpose of offering the app in the first place. Overall, this facility is poorly managed, overpriced, and unreliable. I do not recommend renting here at all.

The people that work here close early when ever the feel like it all the time watch your cameras.!! I stopped my unit from going to auction so when I tried returning their locks to put mine on i couldn't because they closed early again. I also realized after taking off their locks someone has completely gone through my unit.!! They better hope my safe is still inside my unit but check your cameras because you got employees that feel they can do what ever they want.!!
