I received an offer from Prime Storage to become a new customer. I inquired previously over the years but did not sign up. This time and previous times when I stopped in, Danielle was very welcoming and helpful. She has always been super friendly and easy to work with. She showed me a couple of units recently, and I decided to get one. I came back to handle the paperwork a few days later and Greg helped me with that. I also appreciated that he was so friendly and helpful. It was a smooth transaction and I think it will work out well for me. I just got my storage unit so I cannot review anything other than the process prior to moving in to my storage unit. Thank you Danielle and Greg for your assistance!

I rented a storage unit here for about a year. My experience either this location was very positive. Employees were always helpful and professional even up to the last day making sure our experience was good and we were happy with the service. I would definitely rent here again and would recommend this location to anyone having storage needs.

Danielle was very helpful in my situation: My bank card was hacked and then canceled right before my monthly auto-payment was due. I called to explain my situation, I was not able to pay in cash, and she gladly waived my late fee until my new card arrived. Great customer service!!

I can’t say enough good things about Prime Storage! From the moment I called, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of their way to answer all my questions and find the perfect unit for my needs. Everything is well-lit, secure, and impeccably maintained. It’s clear they take real pride in keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Moving is stressful enough, but Prime Storage made this part completely hassle-free. Highly, highly recommend!

Great storage facility. Always friendly and professional. Very clean and safe area. Just left cause they went up an extra 20$ a month on my unit which I do understand everything is going up in price. Other then the price Increase I would give 5 stars
