I was looking for a safe storage for my...

I was looking for a safe storage for my belongings to go and I chose Public Storage based on its namesake. I was extremely pleaaed to see there was a security gate and many cameras. Mark was extremely professional and welcoming, making this first-time experience comfortable. The unit was clean and that also was a stress release, based on horror stories I've read in the past of storage units. As of now, I am satisfied and although I hope this is my first and last experience, I would definitely recommend this establishment to others in need.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike on 11-26-25 when the app would not work for me he made me aware of a few things and got it to work. He went above and beyond for me ps is very lucky to have Mike as a top star employee

The employees are nice when I call them, however they raised my rent for no reason and although they plow for your car - today there’s at least two feet of snow in front of the storage units. I have a call out to them and I’ll let you know what transpires but this is unacceptable. I have a pic as well.

Mark is an excellent property manger. He has always provided exceptional customer service. I used this public storage twice in the past 2 years. I never had any issues or complaints. The storage units and secure and my property has never been damaged. I’ve used both inside and outside storage units here. Very happy with how easy the process is to schedule a move in as well as a move out.

Took 5 minutes to purchase a space, Robert provided top notch customer service. Glad I went with these guys, and they were almost $30 a month cheaper than the next place.
