They locked me in the gate after 9 and I had to pay 50 dollars to get out mattress got completely water damaged and way too expensive... definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone

Was set up for a 4pm appointment to view the storage unit. No one showed up and waited till 530. Eventually had to pay online just so I can go see the unit for my object that I needed to store and to come and find out that there is no door or entrance wide enough to fit my object thru. I then reached out to customer service to cancel and ask for a full refund and was told I would not be offered one.
