The good news is that Raymond
The good news is that Raymond, Property Manager at Route 6, Mahopac location, has great customer skills and helped me from the moment I stepped into the office! The bad news - and it could happen when reserving online - the confirmation from Public Storage via email that the unit you have reserved online on that particular date is "reserved" for you can be misleading. Unfortunately, even though you have a confirmation, and a walkin customer shows up and buys, it's first come, first serve basis and your storage confirmation is just a piece of paper. Public Storage needs to take a look at their online reservation process. Best bet, give Raymond a call!
