The absolute WORST experience I have ever had, and I deal with dozens of facilities. This place has SHEETROCK WALLS - so anyone can break thru at any time. And as you can see from photos, the back wall of my unit was torn down. Not exactly the safest situation. The facility itself is much hotter than it should be, and the smell of mold and mildew exists throughout the facility. 2 units in this place and BOTH were compromised and no refund or explanation. To add insult to injury, I banned from this toilet of a facility. Shame on Public Storage. Your posessions are safer on the street than in this dump.

I recently began renting from Public Storage in Farmingdale, and I am pleased of the service and the specials. Also, I would like to add, the phone call by Meredith, that works in Lindenhurst, as a property manager, to ensure that the storage unit and facility were to my approval. Good Job.

Advertised 24 hour access. Not true 6am to 9pm only. No bathroom available for renters employees only. All units must keep roll door fully open when at unit .NO EXCEPTIONS including all weather conditions. Rental rates can change on a moments notice. My rent was doubled within 6 months of initial rental.

Cafecito

There's a kiosk in the office. It doesn't have a manager in the office. However, you do see the managers at the facility. Meredith, Alex, and Angel are always around checking. They always ask how's everything. They even tell you where you can reach them directly. I feel safe coming here, and I'm comfortable having my items there.The place is always clean. Cleanest Storage I've seen.
