Prime storage 1750 Central Ave, Albany, NY was the best storage I could ask for. Everything was so easy to set up online and over the phone. After I downloaded the app it made it so much easier still. They helped me by suggesting to change my key code to a shorter one. The price was perfect and their hours are until 10pm which worked out so well. They even plowed every time we had snow so it easy to get to my unit. I definitely recommend this storage company.

I had a great experience at Prime. If it wasn’t for Mackenzie I would have been without a place to store my stuff. She was a complete sweetheart. Make sure you ask for her if you find yourself there.

I like that the place is fenced in, it was easy to find my unit as everything was labeled clearly. The roads were wide enough for 2 cars to pass. The one thing that I didn't know about before renting...the small unit I chose was one of multiple that were inside a much larger unit. So it was a bit tight trying to get things in. All in all, its a good place

I’ve rented from a few storage places before, but this one is easily the best. The manager works incredibly hard and truly cares about the customers. They helped me pick the right unit, walked me through everything, and even checked in afterward to make sure I had no issues. You don’t see service like this anymore!
