I needed storage in a hurry and a family member helped by covering the bill, which was $50 per month. Then it went up to about $75 per month. Then it went up again to over $100 per month. I was very disappointed in their repeatedly increasing prices, but it is a clean and secure facility so I'll give it partial stars.

Jose has been so helpful and informative! Unit was clean. Lots of standing water near my unit which was troublesome in both warm rainy and freezing weather. Needs better drainage. Everything else was great. Many thanks. ✌🏻

I recently visited Prime Storage in Bohemia and had a great experience. A staff member showed me around—they were professional, polite, and very helpful without being pushy. The facility was clean and well kept, and the service made the whole process easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely recommend Prime Storage in Bohemia to my friends.

Front desk representatives so helpful and kind Tia went the extra mile to make sure I had the best rate for the storage room size I needed. Upon upgrading she made sure the upgrade storage room was right next door. I moved further away from these units but just because how they made it such an easy process I wanted to stay at these units.Thank you Prime Storage Bohemia Team

Facility is clean and well kept. Property manager Tia and Corey are excellent to deal with. However, corporate raised the monthly by over $100.00 per month after 2+ months. Outrageous. Also, l supplied all insurance info needed for my auto that’s in storage and still haven’t received a credit for erroneous insurance I was billed for. Corporate service is pretty poor. After much wasted time on phone, a representative lowered the $100.00 increase to about $50.00/month. Sorry, not a great review.
