We’ve had a locker for a while and have had really nice interactions with Kathy. Every manager we ever dealt with has been really helpful. I think Michelle was the other manager. The property is clean and we feel safe. Hopefully they’ll fix the lights soon because it’s so hard to see.

I had a great experience with this location. My stuff was safe and kept dry in their outdoor storage. Mrs Kathy who helped me was very, very helpful! They offer free lockout assistance once a month. Offered to find me movers to help me pack. Also assisted me in getting a great deal at this facility Highly recommend.

Customer services excellent. Went out of their way to help us in the office even though they were closed with our rental reservation when we ran into trouble online.

Increased price from $147 per month to $195 to $251 within one and a half year duration. Would not recommend using public storage. Nothing against the staff that works there. But just overall displeased with the company for being exploitative
