Our family have been renting a unit in this clean, pleasant, and climate controlled building since 2018. We got to the stage of Decluttering and given that the rent had increased, we were thinking of closing our unit entirely, which was going to be a daunting project, with a 10x15 unit full of books and papers as well as extra household items. Chris and Sean were very helpful in explaining how we could move within the building to a smaller unit, over a short period of time, and make use of the rent we had already paid for the larger one. Public storage has a model that actually encourages you to size down, to save money on rent, so that you can declutter in a gradual way. Highly recommend this facility and these thoughtful men for any storage (and gradual decluttering) needs.

He took the time to answer all my questions, made the rental process smooth, and ensured I felt comfortable with everything before leaving. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Anyone looking for a real review and not friends of the staff. Just be aware Make sure if you’re renting you’re frequently checking and taking pictures. I’ve noticed multiple items missing as soon as I wanted to close my storage unit. Checking my inventory of items once I left was just unbelievable. Don’t let race, color, gender, or size fool you anyone can steal. Also beware when you’re delinquent and they have to cut your lock. There’s never 2 people at this location at one time so don’t be fooled when Chris says it was 2 people there for lock out.There is one person barley onsite so I can’t believe two people are there and I’ve barley seen one there and unfortunately they may go through your things and inform you cameras aren’t able to be accessed yet there’s a flat screen with about 8 to 10 view points of the location. Thankfully I get money so the little jackets, belt and hats that are missing are an easy replace. Just warning anyone that really values there items and may be in an unfortunate situation and can’t check in as often as you should. A lot of people are really expecting honestly and decency but please TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS they will assure you they don’t want your stuff but won’t show footage.and ask a sarcastic question does anyone have your unit combination or gave anyone your key? Ironic they have 24/7 access and have equipment to access your unit. Just be aware you can be in a great position today and tomorrow something can occur where you need to rent a unit just do your due diligence at the end of the day they’re there to make money and really don’t care about you or your belongings. Let’s be real they don’t even care about showing up on time to work. But hey rent here if you want.
