Kym and Eric were both great to work with!! I was able to hold a unit under a reservation via the website and set up a tour of the facility. Eric showed us the unit that we would be getting and explained all the features of the facility as well as the climate controlled unit itself. After, we worked with Kym for completing the rental paperwork (I like to do things in person) and she went through all the details of pricing. Both were fabulous which made the rental experience smooth and easy! Thank you!

I would not recommend Public Storage. Prices were increased without any prior notice, which was frustrating and unacceptable. We were told at move-in that we would receive our lock deposit back, but at move-out we were informed it was only refundable within 90 days—something that was never disclosed to us. The facility was filthy and smelled terrible. Even the “temperature-controlled” units were poorly maintained and not properly climate controlled—extremely hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. The carts provided were broken, which made moving out even more difficult. Safety was also a concern. There was snow left at the entrance of our unit, and we slipped several times. Given the high cost, it’s unacceptable that basic maintenance like snow removal wasn’t handled. We’ve rented storage units from U-Haul and had a far better experience. Overall, this was a disappointing and gross experience.
