I was fortunate enough to speak to Tracy about securing an indoor garage for my car. She was incredibly helpful. Although the Public Storage at her location did not have availability, Tracy searched other locations for me. She promptly called me back when she found a location with availability and close to my residence!! She was very polite answering all of my questions! Kathleen is excellent! I made a reservation the other night and she called this morning to review everything and make sure I knew to complete the reservation and pick my unit. Great location and ease of access. Love the app. Traci has been great. From opening my storage Unit, purchasing supplies, and soon to be vacating rules. She is often on site and available and helpful.
