I meant to leave a review when I first got my unit. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating Tracy and the young gentlemen that I got help from on my visit yesterday. I’m glad they’re always there to help me when I need it. Thanks again!

Jake was the best! I was so confused and having trouble, Jake stopped what he was doing helped me find my unit and explained everything so I could understand! Jake's level of customer service gained a customer for life!

I've been a renter for almost 6 years now and every single year, they'll raise your rent. I started at $55 a month and then it constantly increased from there. Their asking over $200 a month for a 5X10 unit now that I've never been late or missed a payment on in over 1/2 a decade. On top of that, someone tried to break into my unit this past summer, destroyed my lock to the point where I couldn't open it and then the management told me I'd have to pay for a locksmith to come out and open it. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible response time from management in almost all circumstances as well. There was also a point where management removed my lock and replaced it with another without my consent or knowledge, then was out of the office for weeks after, leaving me with no one to contact outside an answering machine. I'd sooner leave my property on the streets than in this abysmal place for another month.

Best place iv found to store my belongings while I move . Jacob was super helpful in helping me rent my unit and even let me know they now offer 24/7 access . I work weird hours so that really helped when it came to moving things into my rental.
