I’ve been a long-time customer at Public Storage in Woburn. Having 5 very young children, I often struggle with my financial ability. It is amazing how rare and valuable it is to find a property manager who not only understands, but also truly empathizes with their customers. Mike has spent many hours getting to know me as a customer, walking me through every step of the payment process, thoroughly keeping me up-to-date on any changes, patiently answering (and re-answering) all of my questions. He is knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and respectful. There is a dire need for more people like Mike who truly understand and appreciate their customers. At the end of the day, it IS what retains customers like me, and is a driving factor of continuity in promoting any business. As a very busy mom, I wanted to take the time to publicly thank Mike for all that he does. It is a blessing to have such an approachable property manager who TRULY understands and epitomizes the core values of customer service. Thank you.

We recently moved from a different storage facility to Public Storage in Woburn. We had a wonderful experience working with the Mike in the front office. He showed us around the facility and helped walk me through all of the paperwork to get started. I already feel so much better about both the quality of the facility and the staff at Public Storage than my previous storage situation.

Great experience; Top-rated facility and staff! The Woburn Public storage is highly recommended. Climate controlled facilities, clean bathrooms, and absolutely amazing staff. Tom helped me navigate a transfer from a large to a smaller unit. He patiently explained options and was transparent with rates. Upon asking, Tom allowed us to use the management dumpster when we broke a small box of dishes. However, Tom went above-and-beyond when my wife lost her cell phone on the property and he reviewed the security cameras footage to see where she last had possession of her phone. Tom’s kindness helped me narrow the phone’s location and gave us relief it wasn’t swept away by a snow plow. In terms of access, the main restriction is that the facility closes at 9:00pm. If you leave at 9:02 corporate will send you an email reminding you to depart on time. Overall Five-Star experience.
