Brianna and Carlene were outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They both know their jobs inside and out, and it shows in how smoothly everything was handled. Questions were answered clearly, help was offered without being asked, and the overall experience felt easy and stress free because of them. On top of being professional, they were friendly and personable, which makes a big difference. While working onsite to rewire the main gate and two keypads, Carlene went above and beyond by staying past her scheduled time to go home. She made sure I had full access and everything I needed to finish the job safely and correctly. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication to helping get the system back online were greatly appreciated. If you are looking for storage in this area , just go to Tower Mill! I will say the staff is nice, but pricing is awful and they never informed me about all the extra fees they were going to throw in! Also I had called and said I was interested in one but hasn't made up my mind and they had went ahead and just made appointments for me and hounded me on it. I had a unit there and I ended up moving it all out when I moved, eventually I needed another one, and this Cubesmart location was not only closer but said it would be cheaper! It falsely advertised all the same stuff Tower mill had, but didn't hold up the same! They told me 47 a month for the smallest unit, and then the first month free. Yeah right!! At Tower Mill, I didn't pay a single penny my first month, even when I expected too. It was a nice surprise and the price they told me monthly was the price I got charged, but with this Cubesmart, they said the unit was free first month and ended up charging me multiple fees for a whole bunch of BS. I ended up paying MORE than what the storage unit was suppose to cost. Then I get my bill for this month and it's way more than what they said it would be! Again, when Tower Mill gave me my monthly price, that's what it was. But here, they added a protection plan they never mentioned to me! It ended up being the same exact price that I paid at Tower mill for a unit double the size! Aside from the scam of pricing they did to me, it's not as clean or organized!! If I knew this was going to happen, I would've got another unit at Towermill, bigger in size, less monthly, completely free first month, cleaner and better climate controlled environment! When I got my stuff from Tower Mill, you couldn't even tell it had been in a storage room at all. Just a total slap in the face at the end when I call to get it worked out and no one answers. I also found out they require a protection plan, but if you have homeowners or renters insurance, it covers the plan. I was not told about that or given that option at all. Very deceiving company and really sad such a big storage company would do that to people.

The process was easy to do and the unit was prepared, clean, and ready to be moved into. The only thing I didn't agree with was having to pay $19.99 for a lock when I had my own brand new one with me ready to be used.
