Customer service was amazing.. Brittany and Elisha were very helpful with assisting me with finding a unit..after minutes of me being indecisive they assured me that the unit they had for me would work..THEY WERE RIGHT??.great teamwork ...will definitely come back here if I ever need storage in the future

My experience with the service at this location was great. The representative Amber was very helpful and patient with answering all of my concerning questions including the questions that did not involve my particular unit. Please request to speak with Amber if you would like great effective service.

I use Public Storage in the past and they are great. The price is something you have to keep your eyes on because I notice after a couple of months the price went up. The customer service was very good. It’s a young lady name Amber there who was very sweet when I called with questions. Plan to use Public Storage again if I ever need to in the future.

RATS! DO NOT STORE HERE. I came back to unit to find rat feces and urine all over my furniture after being stored here for less than a month. In response to my complaint, I was told that the district manager is “aware of the issue.” Smh
