Hello Cubesmart, this has been a wonderful experience. My boyfriend reserved a unit here and today and when I came into the office I was helped by Nia. She made sure I knew everything about my unit and even showed me how to get there from the entrance gate. Clean office, clean bathrooms. This is what customer service is! I will be sure to refer all of my family to this facility.

She was the most helpful employee I have encountered with Cube Smart. She went above and beyond to ensure I was assisted with providing care and understanding for my situation, proper account updates and communication with other staff, outreach to me, and over all kindness.
