Chris, the property manager at this facility is excellent. He met us in advance so we could make sure the unit was what we needed. He took extra care to ensure it was clean and ready for move in, and he answered all of our questions to be sure we understood and were completely satisfied. We had several interactions over several days and all were great. He answers or quickly returns calls and meets you in the office as promised. He's both kind and competent. The facility is okay, but Chris is the reason we choose it!

Desiree is an incredible person! She assisted me with my unit, which required some repairs. She ensured that the work was completed on time and also provided me with updates on my work order. Thanks to Desiree, my move-in date went smoothly.

I recently stopped in to secure a storage unit and was extremely impressed with Brenda. I caught her on a very hot day and she was outside working around the property making sure things were in order. Brenda was personable, knowledgeable and upfront, which I greatly appreciate. She appears to be a one woman show and is clearly taking care of business.

To open the main door, the app was not reliable; sometimes worked, sometimes did not work. Had to ise manuel keypad. End of the contract, i returned the lock and keys to the office, I was told that lock&key is not refundable at all. But when i was reserving, the customer rep, told that the lock will be refundable, once I empty the storage and give keys back, I’ll be able to get money back. Seems like, a way of scamming. Not happy.

Brenda was very helpful getting me a unit that fit my car when the one I reserved online didn’t work. We went over to the Public Storage by Johnson County Community College and the units there were great for my vehicle. Throughout the entire process Brenda was very understanding, professional, and efficient at helping resolve the issue.
