Update The entire area is covered in ice and is unsafe. I went to drop off a few items but had to turn around. I left a voicemail asking that the facility be properly salted before someone else is injured. This location is an absolute mess. The facility is noticeably unclean, and the overall environment feels poorly managed. Unfortunately, I also had the unpleasant experience of interacting with an employee named Copper on two separate occasions. Both times, she was unnecessarily snippy and provided information that was completely inaccurate. When I mentioned that Google listed different details than what she was telling me, her response was, “I don’t control Google.” While that may be true, I do expect staff to be properly trained and able to provide correct, consistent information—especially when customers are relying on them for guidance. Instead, her attitude and misinformation made the entire situation even more frustrating. This location seriously needs better training, improved customer service, and a much higher standard of cleanliness. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because my experience was far from acceptable. Be careful at the property—the snow hasn’t been cleared properly. I may have twisted my ankle on the way out. There are clumps of snow around every storage entrance.

Piper the manager is amazing! I was nervous storing for the first time but she answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The storage is well maintained and clean. Manager really went above and beyond

Don’t bother paying extra for a “climate controlled” storage unit. The AC doesn’t work and after 3 complaints the issue is still not resolved. It would be easy to show the issue to an employee or manager if anyone worked there, but it’s difficult to do that when the only employee is behind a video screen.

Thank you to Lori one of the property managers. She is the best!! She was willing to come out to the facility for me to look at as I am a first timer in rent storage. This was not even Lori’s location that she manages. Lori explained everything and was able to answer all of my questions and was able to help me with my concerns! Thank you Lori!!!
