The only reason this is a 5 star review is because of one employee her name is Katlin. Had it not been for her this would be 0 stars. I've filed bankruptcy and presented public storage with the court order which the corporate office refused to immediately comply with pursuant to US code. The allmighty legal department decided to wait to comply with the order until it was convenient for them. I waited SEVERAL DAYS for this legal department to "approve" a FEDERAL JUDGE'S ORDER I was livid and furious. The saving grace here is Katlin she is truly a compassionate kind person who truly cares about her customers. I didn't feel like a customer at her location I felt like a friend. I will miss getting the chance to chat with Katlin and seeing her around the property.
