When I signed up for the storage unit, the advertised price was $30 per month. Nobody mentioned an additional mandatory insurance fee of $15, so the first month came out to $45. However, starting from the very next month, the price suddenly jumped to $89 per month with no warning at all. After a few months, the price increased again to $112 per month. This is for a small 5x10 storage unit. Temeka at the front desk was helpful and helped us to a good deal!
