PS Promises Fall Short

My interaction with the customer service agent/rep was pleasant and hassle-free. The concerns I have are how dimly lit (dark) the property is once the sun goes down. It's pitch black. During the summer months when the days ate longer, it's not a problem, but 7:30 pm in September is night time and I don't feel safe going to my unit after sundown. It would be nice if the units were swept & dusted for cobwebs before a new tenant moves their things in.

Ted over at the location on 184th and Cicero in Country Club Hills was very helpful all questions I had he was able to answer and even show me around. The only thing that I am concerned about is making sure the gate works really good. Although we have had some very cold days this winter I would assume that would be the reason for it to get stuck. On the day I moved everything in Ted was the super hero that day he was able to get the gate open for me. As I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to get in considering I had everything loaded up on the truck and the gate wanted to act up.( Go Figure) LOL However, Ted was the hero that day. I am glad I downloaded the app for convenience on being able to pay my bill and what made me choose this location is the fact that it has great reviews and its literally 5 minutes from where I am for now. I just pray that as long as I am at this location everything will be fine. But for now so far so good as long as I can get in and out the gate when I need too. all I ask is just make sure its fixed guys thanks! Oh and I can't forget Tanya she was also helpful over the phone doing a follow up The public storage team rocks good job y'all!
