After a long drive and trouble with traffic Samantha greeted me with a smile. She also kept in touch prior to my arrival to ensure our appointment and was very flexible. She showed me to my unit and kindly explained the lease. I am very happy that I chose Public Storage. Samantha is a kind person, professional, and very caring. Kaylee had to work hard against Murphys Law including the computer crashing when I came in to rent. It took some time but her calm and persistence was impressive and she got me my space. Then follow up by Samantha the next business day made the customer service here hard to beat.

They were unprofessional and charged my card without my permission. They don't tell you when you move out what you need to do or anything about a portal and then they charge your card without your permission!!! Then send you to collections instead of contacting you Horrible place I don't see how they have good reviews

Taishima and Paula always help me out when I’m on property. Been renting a little over two years, no complaints.

They don’t salt in the winter so you won’t be able to drive up the hill to reach your storage unit without a 4 wheel drive. Good luck walking your stuff down a snowy hill.
