Mr. Billy has customer service down. I watched as he juggled at least 3 other customers at the same time on an auction day. He acknowledged each person and updated each as he helped all of us. He never even flinched at the pressure. He made everyone feel so seen and taken care of. This guy needs a raise!

Double check the details
Agent was helpful but there were many online problems. Seems to be a problem with price transparency, again related to the electronic system, not the agent.
