What really stood out was his customer service — he was friendly, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This Public Storage location has extremely poor customer service. The manager is rude, unprofessional, and has answered the phone while eating, which is completely unacceptable. Communication is disrespectful and dismissive, and concerns are not taken seriously. There is also a serious rat infestation. Rats entered my unit and destroyed my belongings, causing significant loss. Management failed to take accountability and instead created additional issues rather than resolving the problem properly. The conditions of the units are not as advertised, and customers are misled. To make matters worse, after minimal assistance with problems they caused, staff pressures customers to leave positive reviews. This location is poorly managed and lacks basic professionalism. I strongly recommend choosing a different Public Storage location to avoid stress, damage to your property, and wasted money

The manager, Mr. Don F., and staff have excellent customer service. Most recently, traffic delayed my returning my trailer to the site after 9 PM, and without hesitation remote staff granted me access. I have been using this faculty for over 10 years and have met different property managers. All have been helpful. However, Mr Don shines and stands out hence my 5 star. He is patient, very understanding and will always point you in the right direction if you need guidance. Wether it’s storage,parking or supplies. Very helpful and keeps the property clean.
