READ BEFORE RENTING:If I could leave a negative review, I would. They don’t deserve even a star. 2 major problems 1)getting a hold of someone regarding any situation is next to impossible. They only have people on property if you set up an appointment or randomly. 2)I own a company and had to stop by the unit to grab some items for my gig. When I try to exit at 7 PM(there normal hours are 6am-9pm), I was not able to. My code wasn’t working, the app wasn’t working, and no one was answering any of the 10 numbers I’ve called to try to get a hold of someone. I was on a tight schedule and by being locked inside the facility, I was late to my clients event. The only way I got out, was someone else was in there and finally left. I was waiting for the fire department to come pry the gate open for me. I discounted my client $250 because I was late to the event that I was hosting. After someone called me the next day I requested a $250 refund/proration because of the incident. They confirmed that there was an error the way I was programmed in the system, and the problem was no fault of my own. After four weeks, about 30 phone calls and me supplying my invoice of my business with the discount applied bc of this, I finally was able to receive a call from the district manager Diane. She told me there would never Give anyone that amount of money for a technical problem, but they could give me a $25 dollar credit. I was not happy with that given it cost me $250 to be locked in there facility. She bumped it to $50 dollars and said that’s the best they can do. After I expressed how unfair it was, she then said she can turn in a slip to try and get me $75 in credit as if this was some sort of negotiation. This morning I received a $25 credit to the facility and at that time I put in my cancellation. If this were to have been an emergency involving health, this would be a whole lawsuit. Be warned

Been here for a couple of years now. Had a small issue recently with billing spoke with Mrs. Viva she was wonderful and took care of my issue. Really appreciate it! Also, the property is always super clean.

It’s been couple months in and no problems at all … I received every notification and no issues so far the front person his name is Kenny he was wonderful and help me very patiently thru the whole process.

Mice! The door seals are bad. Accidently missed a payment due to card expiration and was told on the app that my unit was going to auction after 10 days. Horrible. Update: They are linked to an online auction that sells unit contents. 22 days after the due date they put a vein on your belongings and sell it 30 days later.
