I had a very pleasant experience BUT!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with the lady on staff over the weekend. She gets 5 stars. Today (monday) however, was not a pleasant experience. "Jaime" called me and accused me of leaving items outside of my storage unit. Despite my telling her it was not me, she then accused the person who was with me of doing it. I told her that no one was with me on any of the trips to the unit. She was rude, argumentative and insistent that video survaillance shows it was me or the person with me. When I asked het what type of vehicle dropped it off she said she cant disclose it. I told her several times the items to which she refers to were there when i first went to the unit on Saturday. Again she accused me. I told her if she was referring to an ottoman and something else with it, it was there when i first went to the unit, that is not my unit. It is several units away from my unit. I am waiting for my apology from "Jaime"

Very nice staff, clean units, and convenient locations. Just wish they told all the admin fees, lock cost, and insurance on website so you knew the actual price you'd be paying.

AWFUL BUSINESS PLAN. I don’t know how this location has these positive reviews. This must be for all public storage in general. YOU ARE WARNED. I have BARELY been in the unit for one year. My agreed upon and signed for rate was $161. After only several months they jacked the price. And have kept increasing ever since! I have called numerous times. No one EVER answers the phone. Only six months later my storage rent has DOUBLED. AND NOW….barely at a year ONLY (paying like a good customer monthly) my bill is $296. That is an 84% increase in less than a year time frame!!!!!!! That is robbery!!!!! The same unit size and the same location is advertised today for $189. I would be FINE paying that. I understand and might expect a SMALL increase on an ANNUAL BASIS but to almost double in less than a year is shameful. I would be happy to modify this review if Public Storage can be reasonable.

This company sucks. The rental unit got broken into from an employee. A safe and shoes were taken without permission. Made an appointment to speak to someone regarding this no one is ever at the office. The company really sucks and I wouldn’t trust leaving your belongings here. Trying to get someone to talk to you is impossible and nobody helps you. Unit F091.
