I had a fantastic experience with Nancy at the Public Storage location on Burns Road in Palm Beach Gardens. I was in the middle of a long drive and honestly feeling pretty rough when I called to set up a unit. I had originally planned to come in person, but Nancy immediately stepped in and said she could help me get everything handled over the phone. She walked me through the process, got the unit set up quickly, and made the whole thing incredibly easy. Customer service like that is rare these days. Nancy was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful when I needed it most. If you’re looking for storage in the area, this is absolutely the place to go (and if you get Nancy, you’re in great hands).

Had an amazing customer service experience with Nancy at the Burns Rd location. Nancy was amazing, she made the entire process easy and smooth, even with renting 4 units, and was very patient and kind. OMG! Nancy is amazing! It is rare when you get old fashioned customer service. It seems to be a lost art but not with Nancy. She knows the storage lot, answers all your questions and tell you all details that you need. Wonderful to work with!!!!

Everything was fine. I just felt this past year, raising my monthly rent by $50 was a bit high. I’ve been with public storage at this location for well over 13 years. We’ve never been late and have always taken care of the our storage space and property. I will be visiting the property tomorrow 1/29/26, and will be removing the balance of our goods and closing out our storage space. Thank you for asking me to participate in survey.
