I highly recommend Cube Smart Pioneer trails. Makenna and Samantha go out of their way to answer your questions and assist you with whatever they can. They're very courteous helpful and caring for their customers. I have used the storage facility for many years and I've never been disappointed when I had to reach out for assistance from the office. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

The two women that work at the front are normally pretty nice. But lately they’ve turned into bullies with padlocks. If they are going to work in a facility that deals with month-to-month rentals they should know Florida law. According to my lease, and Fl law, there is a three day grace period before you are charged a late fee and a five day period before they can lock you out of your unit. If you are a little late, beware… you will not be able to enter the facility. Your code will no longer be valid. Also, there is no trash receptacle for renters. The dumpsters they do have are for their use only. I had one day left to clean out my unit and unfortunately for them I was locked out. I could not access my unit to clear the trash that I left inside. I was not going to put the dirty trash in my vehicle. I was going to borrow a truck. The reason why I did not want to put those dirty cardboard boxes is because there were flying cockroaches (dead and alive and their “waste”) and lizard eggs in the bottom of the boxes.Seriously? That actually worked in my favor. Also, the restrooms are also unavailable to renters.

Outstanding customer service! The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with guidance as to our needs. I would recommend this facility for the remarkable cleanliness and ease of access!

This facility has always been fantastic for me, even after flip-flopping between multiple units and many many questions the management here is on point. Go see Samantha and Makenna if you need a unit!
