I want to start this review by saying that my stay at this location in Medley has been great. The two managers there are so helpful and I can't say more good things about them. Nolberto and Lourdes are great to deal with and really do help you find a great space for a good price. Whether it's in their store or one of their other locations they will help you find a great price unit.

I wanted to get on here so others can read my experience here at my location. The location is great pretty safe next to the police department. The storage facility is very clean and the best of all is the people that work there. They are always so nice and friendly with me and helpful. Lourdes and Nolberto at the storage in Medley, thank you so much.

Great service and consciencious assistance!

I was not completely happy in that my ideal size wasn't available, and because the online information hides a significant amount of charges, effectively doubling charges, but the service was without any fault, and in the end I am content enough. A little extra cost is worth it for the peace of mind.

Rolando’s customer service skills are outstanding — he was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and his positive attitude really made a difference. I highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Rolando!

Rolando really looked out for my best interests while my household goods were in his storage facility. He dealt with the trucking company that delivered our goods and the one that picked them up when we were ready to move. I really appreciate having such a reliable person to help us as we were out of state. It’s great to deal with such a real human being especially in this era of AI fake customer service.
