I’m very frustrated with the way prices keep increasing without any clear explanation. Over the past 2–3 years, our monthly payment went from the low $100’s to more than $300 for a larger unit. Because of those constant increases, we downsized to a smaller unit where everything fit comfortably. That smaller unit started in the $60 range this last November, and now we’ve been notified that the rate will increase again to $90 starting April 1. I have tried calling multiple times to ask for a justification for this increase, but no one answers or is available to explain the reason. These repeated price increases without transparency or customer support are very disappointing. I would strongly consider looking at other options. There are several facilities available in the Lakewood Ranch area that offer competitive pricing and better customer service. Increasing prices this frequently without justification is simply not right, and it makes it difficult to trust this facility moving forward.

We have rented two units at Lakewood Ranch Public Storage for several years. We recently decided to consolidate and an issue was encountered with our termination of the lease. I was contacted promptly by a Public Storage regional representative. The issue was handled professionally and completely to our satisfaction. Our experience with Public Storage has been excellent.
