Rented a 10' x 30' for 191.00...they raised it to 465.00 eventually and i had to move out. Their scammers. Buyer beware. I'll show you my bill. That orange spray insulation gets all over your belongings...rat infested...roach motel...and to make it worse the locking mechanism doesn't work right. This is the Casselberry location. Use Cubesmart much better facility and better staff.

I had a storage unit here for one year and emptied it out on 12/6/25. I paid for a climate-controlled unit, and when I went to move my things out, the unit was crawling with bugs. There were spider webs everywhere and it was very clear the facility is not properly cleaned or maintained. All of my belongings were infested with roaches, spiders, and silverfish. I ended up losing almost everything: dishes, pots, pans, childhood items, memories, etc. I am not willing to bring bug-infested items into my home. I understand this is an outdoor facility and we’re in Florida, but there should still be regular pest control and basic cleanliness. People pay to store their belongings safely. That is the bare minimum. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I personally will never use an outdoor storage facility again. I originally chose this one because it was close to my old house, but in hindsight I would rather pay more for a clean, indoor facility. To make things worse, the company called and left me a voicemail asking what they could do to “earn my business back” after seeing I scheduled a move-out. Honestly, unless they plan on issuing a full refund, there is nothing they can do. I lost all of my items because of what I believe is poor maintenance and lack of care. Lastly, please read through their reviews. If your sort by newest, you will notice they mostly respond to the positive reviews, while they leave the negative ones and have made no improvement in years. Their lack of response to negative reviews makes it feel like they’re aware of the issues and simply don’t care to fix them Please go to Cube Smart instead. Their facilities are so much nicer and well kept.
