Brittany was super helpful and extremely professional during a stressful move. She gave me her recommendations on the size that I needed, while keeping my budget in mind. Most storage places won't do that. Brittany walked back and forth with me and a family friend who was helping me move, as I was SURE of the size that I needed. Well, I was wrong and Brittany was right! Thank you Brittany for such a smooth 'move-in' process. I greatly appreciate it!

***aaliyah thank you for always keeping me updated on my rental! David took care of me today and helped me finally get my unit! He went above and beyond and provided me with excellent customer service. This place has amazing employees that are always willing to help. So happy I chose it. Today I made a reservation online and within a few minutes my storage was ready! I went into the office to check the sizes for various units. Fred was in the office offering exceptional customer service over the phone. Fred greeted me with a warm smile and from that minute on, I knew I was in good hands and at a great place! I asked many question and asked to see two different units.he showed me around and answered all my questions and concerns. He was so pleasant to speak to and it truly felt like I knew him for years. This is what customer service should look like, he understands the needs and worries of a customer and quickly address them making me feel at ease and secure. I will highly recommend Public Storage to my friends, family and anyone who wants a trusted, clean, friendly storage place. This in fact is due because of the excellent customer service I received from Fred!
