I've leased storage space here several times now. The location is fantastic for the easy access from I-4. You will notice their entire facility is clean and professionally run. My review rating only falls short of five stars due to the value. In four years the price for the same unit has doubled and I don't feel it's the most cost effective option anymore for medium or long term storage. In every other sense, however, this place is one hundred percent.

Facility was clean and organized. Shay was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with regards to space and moving products. She provided several options for my needs, as well as recommending other public storage locations for storage sizes not available at this location.

I was booking a unit online but had many questions. I decided to speak to someone onsite so I drove to location. I was met by Ian. Ian answered every question I had. I also had trouble to figure out how to use the app for gate access. Again Ian was there to help me with my problem and was very adept to finding the solution. Public storage has great rates, a clean facility and best of all Ian. If you need help, see Ian. Thank you for your patience and great customer service. You truly went above and beyond!

I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Ronda at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, witty, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole process quick and enjoyable. It’s not often you walk into a storage facility and leave smiling, but Ronda made that happen. She was professional, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. Excellent customer service from someone who clearly enjoys what she does!
