I had my items in a unit for many years. My items were safe but upon removal of my items we saw that mice or rats have ruin thru eating defecating and chewing up a huge amount of my items. We had to trash a lot of my clothing and pocketbooks because they were destroyed. What is left will either have to be thrown away or deep deep bleach cleaned. My heart was broken to the point I was in tears. I can provide pictures. I would never recommend them. They have to be aware of the mice or rats and tell potential renters that they should store all their stuff in totes. I mean I put my kitchen aide back in the box with the styrofoam the mice literally chewed all the styrofoam so much so that its like powder and I wanted to toss the whole thing but my husband said he’ll deep clean it by taking it apart cleaning it and putting it back together. Again I have pics. My heart is still broken. I spent a lot of money on my items. I spent a lot of money on rent and I was finally after many many years excited to remove my items and move them to my new house. This is sad and I would have completely broke down if it wasn’t for my husband and friends. IF you choose to use them DO NOT bag or box items. PLEASE put everything in totes :(

Hi , I would just like to say for first starts , Mr nathanidal and Miss saint are employees at the storage rental of america on lamont street they were very understanding they are very helpful. They are smart intelligent. They make me want to just get another storage bin, just because I can have another reason to come in here, I really appreciate their help their concern. They are marvelous people, just because they hide behind the storage walls does not mean that they are not brilliant. Come stop in and see them, the price is right and so is the attitude in the atmosphere. Thank you.

The units are very affordable and accessible. The property manager, Nathan, is down to earth. He answered all of my questions related to storage rental. If you don’t have lock, you can easily buy one right there at the rental office. Very convenient and affordable 👍😁
