Terrible. Never anyone at the office during office hours. Call center puts you on hold and forgets about you. When your payment is late you get badgered with texts, calls and emails, but when you come in to make your payment in cash there is no one there. Parking lot was a sheet of ice and a pile of snow in front of the door. Clearing out my unit soon and never coming back.

Me and my partner all day Storage Unit here at auction had it cleaned out in less than 48 hours and stopped by the office twice to pick up our deposit and nobody was in the office and there was no sign on the door both times so then we were finally able to get an employee in the office a week later and they refuse to give us the deposit this has happened to us multiple times with this company and I have been doing this for well over 30 years and never had any issues with any other company. This is horrible and bad for business. I followed all the rules. I kept the unit broom swept empty within 48 hours and they refused to give me my money.
