moving can be a HUGE PIA . Especially when you have to keep most of your property in storage as your either downsizing or not quite sure where your going to end up yet.🤷📦📦⏲️ Tines like these can be super stressful and at FIRST I worried about storage for several reasons, what if it gets broken into and our stuff gets stolen.what if it's filthy ? or poorly maintained and our things get wet dirty and/or ruined, what if we can't access our stuff when needed? and finally we don't know how long this arrangement is going to last.. can we afford it long term? 🤦 I can actually say that the manager @ this Public Storage has put my kind at ease. ( NOT an easy task btw) He keeps the property super clean and is always on site watching over our things. 👀He answers all of my high maintenance questions with a great attitude and you can tell he takes pride in his work🧑🏼‍🔧. You can see the storage units from the street and you can see that the property is cleaned daily and we'll maintained. There's even an app on our phone that we can use to access our storage unit whenever we need,📱🏫 if it's after hours. And the price - is super reasonable we feel comfortable knowing that if we end up having to do this arrangement for long-term that we will be able to afford it because it's a great deal. The manager explained all the cost and fees to me so I didn't feel like I have so many to.es in the past dealing with self storage, like I was mislead about the price or that there were several hidden fees I wasn't told about up front. 💸 these guys do great business and I super appreciate it. it makes a difficult time easier and that's really the BEST THING you can do in the customer service industry Thank you!

Avoid at all possibility an take your business to extra storage right behind it. Had dog poop sitting in front of my unit for over a week. They do not care. The property manager has 0 customer service skills. Absolutely terrible place to rent. Will double your rent without any kind of communication that there changing prices. Just one day you will get a bill double than what you signed up for. I will be removing my stuff this week Moved out 9/30/25 after my rent was raised again after being told by corporate my rate woudnt be changing for the year.

Avoid all Public Storages if you can. Spend the extra money on a private storage facility where they care about their tenants and will explain how things work rather than just throwing a lock in your new unit and calling it a day. I’ll definitely be doing that moving forward! They also always double your rent after the initial discounted year term. You get what you pay for with this company.
