DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE! Severe rodent infestation completely decimated both replaceable and non-replaceable items. They offered no support or discounts and threatened me when asked for help. The insurance is a joke only covering a whopping $250 with a $100 deductible. They also said they do their end to prevent rodents but the level of destruction and feces / urine in my unit says otherwise. No sympathy making me feel as if this was my fault. Terrible, terrible heartless business and management.

Sleazy business. 3 months after I signed up, they hit me with a surprise 50% price increase. Clearly their business model is to get you in the door, and then once you have your stuff there and you're less likely to move, they jack up the rate. If you complain, they will condescendingly lecture you with "the contract says we have the right to change the rate at any time", as if that makes their predatory pricing strategy okay. Go in eyes wide open.

It's ridiculous how they increase their price by 50% after two months and keep increasing it every six months.

I had the most wonderful experience, renting a storage unit. I went in to get one unit but after talking to Vickie, we decided on a unit that would work best for my business needs. She was a terrific person and walked me through every step. It was quick and easy and I recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.
