Great---Manager (Steve) at the Rancho...

Great---Manager (Steve) at the Rancho Mirage location was very courteous and professional....Unit was clean, as was the entire facility... Got bigger unit than I actually needed, but was on a special price deal, so I made out well.... Overall was a very pleasant experience.... I do think that the mandatory insurance charge should be noted on the website, so that there are no surprises to your cost when you check in...Not a big deal since everyone should probably have the insurance anyway, and the cost was not exorbitant....

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service. If you are looking for a storage space near Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage - look no further. They are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. And it was service with a smile and actually a few laughs. Definitely use this location if you need a company that believes customer service is priority.

Allissa at the Public Storage in Rancho Mirage was extremely helpful and patient while I figured out which unit best suited my needs. The facility itself is very clean, and the climate-controlled end door stays impressively cool—perfect for storing personal items safely. Allissa has a great outgoing personality and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the time and care she took to help me purchase my storage rental. Highly recommend this location and her assistance

The highest marks for customer service, kindness, patience, & professionalism for the two employees I worked with today. At two locations, these two (Allissa and Ben) were exceptional representatives for Public Storage. Allissa at Rancho Mirage store ultimately had the best unit option for me, after Ben at Palm Desert store had answered my many questions & shown me the available units there, but I needed something a bit different, so he called Allissa to expect me at RM. Allissa was so patient & kind as she explained everything very well, & showed me the unit that is perfect for my needs. Please commend these two awesome employees!

Absolute worst storage facility in the desert. After 4 months they will raise your rent by $100. When you try to move out, they will continue to try to collect from you even though your storage locker is completely cleared out ready for them to rent to another person. Stay away from this facility. There are so many others in the desert that are more ethical than this company and facility.
