Public Storage - North Hollywood - 11620 Sherman Way

I went through an incredibly difficult move recently, but everyone at the North Hollywood Public Storage on Sherman Way was fantastic--a silver lining that brought me some peace. From the first point of contact to the last, every time I called or went in, I was greeted with a smiling face and respect. The most wonderful part, however, was that I didn't have to pay out the wazoo to store my things securely. I took advantage of the $1 for fhe first month deal. When I discovered I needed to stay for an extra nine days, Public Storage gave me a pro-rated rate so I only had to pay an additional $60 for those days in a spacious, climate controlled unit that kept my things nice while I focused on finding an apartment. Thank you sooo much, Public Storage!

The units and the building in general is clean and secure. The personnel are all polite and very helpful, especially Phelicia and Hayden. The prices and increases are much too high and are NOT competitive with the competition.

Memorable Nordstrom quality customer service. Clean and well stocked facility with impeccable security. These were no sleepy eyed, bored clerks. The manager and staff were top notch and delivering their A Game. They even coached me on how to get my monies worth from the moving company. Their tip: Get checked in, process the paper work, and go on my short tour of the facility the day before my move to avoid paying movers to sit on the curb and smoke while I take care of business in their office. They easily saved me $60 with that one little tip.
