I’m actually a customer at the public storage location down the street. They almost never have anyone in their office, which is frustrating. I needed to get permission to park the moving Pod in the facility and nobody would return my call and nobody was in the office. I drove down to this location and found Jasmine. She was extremely helpful and professional. She sorted out my problem almost immediately and i was able to avert the potential crisis. I’m super grateful for her! Give that woman a raise.
