Terrible experience. Got a call yesterday that our lock was “compromised,” but by the time we got the message the office was closed. Showed up first thing this morning to find a new lock on our unit and clear signs it had been opened. We can’t even access our own belongings to check for theft. Worse, despite posted business hours, nobody answers the phone. We’ve been calling since 8 AM with zero response. For a company that’s supposed to protect your possessions, this is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this location.

I had the best experience at the storage facility. I've been searching for the right public storage to rent from in Fremont and I'm so glad I came across this one. The manager, Roxane was amazing. She was very helpful and informative. She was very patient in answering all my questions and she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for your service.
