I have always had good luck with great employees at Public Storage, but my most recent experience takes the cake. Eric, who works at the location at 7719 Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael, California was very helpful and directed me to renting a space in a matter of minutes. A shoutout to Aaron at the 7719 Fair Oaks location of Public Storage. He has been so helpful, pleasant and professional in helping us pay the rent at our units and in dealing with some problems we’ve had there- more than once. His manager is also very helpful, kind and responsive. In fact, all of the employees are what make Public Storage good. Because the way this company has raised the rents on us is actually probably criminal and can be considered usurious. New Year’s resolution #1 is to get our stuff out of there.
