I had rented one size and at the last minute my movers said it was to small, the office helped me, a few minutes before closing, a smile on there face, with no problem & no extra fees. Although I ended up not needing to keep the storage anymore I so truly loved everything about this storage place, from the location, type of unit, and size to the wonderful customer service I had from the beginning. Starting with Kyle whom helped me get the unit, to Kaz and Dieter who were also helpful at the storage and over the phone, to Andrew who made turning the unit over to them a very simple, easy process including the refund for the last months left on my prepaid package. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a great storage and a great and wonderful customer service to help you all the way through! Amazing customer focused manager and staff. They are always there to help and support my needs. The grounds, office, and bathroom are very clean. They take pride in everything they do for us. I can't imagine going to any other storage facility.
